Sample of a Photomosaic
I gave my dad a framed photomosaic portrait of him for his 50th birthday. A photomosaic is a large picture comprised of hundreds, even thousands of small pictures.
What I did was I put his old and new photos in my hard drive. Then, using a computer program, I was able to make the photomosaic using all those old and new pictures.
Since the photomosaic is too large to be printed at home, I just had it printed at a photo studio.
Anyway, my dad was very flattered to receive such a very unusual, yet very meaningful gift. Giving unusual gifts, such as photomosaics, is one great way of showing a loved one how much they mean to you.
